We approach every hoarding cleanout knowing there is a person behind the piles, and usually a worried family too. This is not a regular junk job and we never treat it like one. The crew works with patience and zero judgment, and when conditions call for it we suit up in full hazmat gear and respirators to keep everyone safe. We have worked alongside social workers, family members and mental health professionals on many of these jobs, including years of work for MHA of Rockland.
